"Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. "The room was emaculate when I arrived. Bed was very comfy with relaxing pillows. Had a nice night sleep. Happy to see the sheets and laundry were also clean and fresh. If you are looking to watch a game at Anfield..this must be your room of choice. Highly recommend it. Lovely stay. "

"An average hotel in every way. First impressions were poor with staff drinks all around the reception desk. Quality of food from room service was average at best. Rooms were badly sound-proofed and could heard the tv from next door all night. Won’t be rushing back when there is so much choice around. "

"Excellent location, staff were amazing, attentive, willing to go above and beyond in terms of service, the room was lovely and clean. I would highly recommend. My only criticisms are that the soap in the shower was clearly watered down. Also it would have been helpful to have been notified that there is a car park right next door to the hotel which is cheaper (even once the hotel discount is added) but much closer than the recommended Q-Park one and you don’t have to book it online.
