"Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future,...

"Beautiful inside, nice rooms and staff nice. Breakfast solid too. Only issue is our room was on the bottom floor and near the kitchen (so could hear dishes being washed) and the bathroom seemed to share a window with a families living room. Overall it didn't really affect us but I suspect experience would be better in a room higher up in the building. "

"The riad is near Bab Boujloud (around 200 m after the entrance) It was really clean and nice Mohamed is really friendly and has helped a lot without being intrusive so I really enjoyed my stay here :)"

"The service was impeccable! Marcos went above & beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but that he made us feel like family (checking on our desires & anticipating our every need). He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. We would highly recommend & would definitely stay again on our next trip 💜"

La struttura molto bella, soprattutto il suo cortile e l’ampia terrazza dalla quale si può ammirare la Medina o rilassarsi al tramonto.
