"Used the local bus to travel from the coach station at Heathrow Airport to the hotel. The bus stops right outside. The staff at reception arranged a taxi to take us back for our morning flight the next day. "

There was no cleaning services throughout my stay. The whole property had no fresh air including the lobby and rooms. The staff were abrupt and unfriendly from check in to check out. I will not stay here again."
