"Rom/Cabin was roomy and cozy. It had a fireplace which needed wood. I did not use this. The pool and hot tub was nice and used during my stay. Very quiet location with the exception of highway noises. The property is good for dog owners with area for dog walking and potty stations. Very enjoyable stay"

"As with much of Big Bear, the buildings are older, but they are well maintained and rooms/condos are updated. It’s clean. Our lake view rooms had a lake view. My only drawback is that parking is tight, barely enough spaces and we were here during the week. Otherwise - great, and if we return to the area, we would stay here again."

"The hottub was really the sweet spot, cabin was nice overall, the a/c and airflow sucked, had difficulty sleeping due to lack of airflow and it being hot, big bear is a little packed and overrated, not much to do. Good if you want a weekend getaway, not much else."

Cool air at night through the screened windows and fan, and a quiet clientele respectful of the quiet hours. "It was enjoyable but they need to air out the cabins. The smell is so dingy and dusty. I had to go buy air fresheners and candles just to be able to breathe. The people were nice and that was important. Definitely 2 things bad 8 things good."

"You can check into the property by texting and then you are issued the lobby and room codes. I didnt know this and Expedia doesnt provide the property with a phone number to be contacted at. Andrew was great and very approachable and helpful. The main building needs to be opened up to air out the lobby and hotel area upstairs. It had a dusty odor. Property is kept up nicely. Cuhions and seat right outside the lonby are not inviting as they are full of sand and blocked by tables. Cabin...

"The hotel is with a great view of the lake and can spend good time chilling in front of it. The rooms have good amenities and are clean. Commutation to restaurants, market place and activities are within 5-20 min drive time. The place is also equipped with electric fireplace."

"Everything was fine,my kids really enjoyed the playground the only thing that was bothering me was the fridge not working properly my drinks and milk were warm. The cabin was clean and it had everything we needed to make a meal. My family wants to go back next year."
