"I stayed at this hotel a year ago and knew what to expect staying recently, or so I thought. There was a towel shortage and I had the hardest time getting any towels- I ended up buying some at Walmart. When asking the front desk for help one lady in particular was extremely rude. She made me feel like I was bothering her while she was on her cell phone. I had no hand soap in my room and couldn’t get any either, I ended up getting some at Walmart too. "Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out."

"Great experience for my stay. The only recommendation is having a shower chair for elders. At the time of my visit, although property states shower chair is available, property staff informed very kindly none on property. Overall a pleasant place to visit."

"The receptionist at check-in was friendly, efficient and helpful in getting us settled. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast as there was a variety of selections from fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles and pastry. Checkout was a breeze. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but checked them out and were pleased at the quality of service they afforded."

"Found a dirty sock and a Gatorade cap underneath bed. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable otherwise stay was decent."

"The hotel provided an average spread of breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very friendly and attended to us very well. Our rooms were clean, but we found a couple of critters around the room and in the mini fridge. The AC in the room was leaking water and the carpet puddle kept spreading. Maintenance never made it in to correct the problem. Again, the staff was friendly but promises never followed through. "

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."

"MOLD!!! Stepping into our room we noticed mold all over the lamp shades and the curtains. The room smelled like mildew and the walls were dirty. The bathroom door was filthy. The tub was full of cracks and chipped paint everywhere. The towels were all dirt. Overall bad experience, requested a refund and looked another hotel got our trip. Worst part is they still charged me $50. I was only there for 1hr. Ridiculous!"
