"They nailed the 1st impression with a clean facility inside and out. The lobby and other common areas did not have working air conditioning. The room was as expected. Unfortunately, the Television had no signal. The bar had a generous happy hour special. Room service was prompt and polite. I ordered prime rib for dinner. The quality of the meat was not on par with cuts had at Happy Hour. The kitchen was not a total loss as other items had at Happy Hour were fresh and delightful. I would stay...

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety. The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and common areas. The lobby was unbearably hot, and our group repeatedly had to ask...

"No toilet paper when I walked into the room! No ice! 1 bagel, coffee and hot water with tea bags was “breakfast” No ice, cold water or water bottles, no juice! Room was clean but very old, carpet frayed! Bathtub looked dirty but looked the same after the maintenance guy came and tried to clean it! Finish home on the tub! The front desk guy was nice, and the laundry/ maintenance guy! The best part was it was close to the hospital! I’m surprised it’s a Wyndham hotel 😵‍💫"
