"Overall the building and rooms were nice. Could use a couple of cushions on the hard wooden chairs.Given it has a kitchenette it was poorly equipped for it. No cooking utensils, only 3 plates, glasses etc. no lids for the pots and no pans to use in the oven"

"Love this hotel & location & the parking for London is fantastic. Both restaurants are very good & breakfast is always a feast. Glad to see the addition of “ tattle scones” too 😉….sometimes the rooms can look a little tired in places but spotlessly clean & the staff are very helpful & professional. "
