"Pretty much a good hotel with ample parking. The staff was very friendly. Be mindful thereis no elevator in this hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage either leave it in the car or be prepared to lug it up a flight of stairs. Another thing that surprised me was that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My family and I had leftover Cheesecake Factory that we threw away due to this."

"I stayed at Hotel on Monroe, BW Signature Selection with my son, and unfortunately the room fell well below expected standards. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were so dirty that after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were literally black. It quickly became clear that housekeeping had missed more than a few key steps. The shower was another challenge. It was partially broken and made showering feel like a test of patience rather than a basic amenity. Add to that...

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. "Great Hotel! The staff, I mean every one that we encountered, was absolutely friendly!!!"

"Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well kept. The only thing we found was that the rug was not vacuumed under the pull out sofa. We found an old pill, some dirt and crumbs, but it wasn’t too bad. We did have very noisy neighbors, but that is to be expected anywhere you go, especially on graduation weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"Front desk staff were amazing! I would stay here again simply because of the staff and cleanliness of the room. We did have 2 outlets by the bed not work which caused us to not charge our electronics correctly. "

"Other than the bathroom door sticking and making it difficult to open and close easily (I mean, it really got stuck), room was great and fit our needs. Staff were pleasant, accommodating, and so helpful (shoutout to Jessica who checked me in!). Restaurant staff bent over backwards to make drink special requests, and beautiful smiles when serving our delicious food. Thanks for a great wknd! Close to all that Rochester has to offet!"
