"Overall my stay was great. The property is older but my room was very clean. I like the hotel bar and the menu is fair - bar food, so it would be nice to have some healthier options. Two small ‘attention to detail’ things - room service order was wrong and I was unable to correct it (too late) and my coffee was decaf only both days. Breakfast is free - not my favorite in terms of being healthy, but there are a lot of options. Staff is friendly and accommodating."

"Clean, sizable rooms for the City. Wonderful staff, great location with sooo many food options. Walkable to everything, including subway stations. Quieter part of the City, not a ton of late night street noise. Safe to walk around at night. Will definitely stay here again."

"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay....

"Do NOT book this hotel unless you are absolutely sure. They have a “NO REFUND” policy even if you have an actually emergency! Half my family couldn’t make the trip because a family member had a medical issue. I called them MONTHS in advance hoping we can atleast move the reservation to a later date. They refused. I didn’t want to lose thousands of dollars so half of our family had to go on the trip. We didn’t even stay the entire time, we checked out early to get back home. They are also doing...

We were hoping to book it again later this year, but it seems like the terrace room is all booked up. The view is totally worth it. It’s all good. We liked it so much.
