Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. ...

The Well House Hamilton, Tapestry Collection By Hilton
We had a great night stay actually we were in town for a wedding did not want to be emoji but there was a nice bar/restaurant on site. We had a river view room which was a nice. Would definitely stay again. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
