"I loved this hotel, its proximity to the Station (Gare) Centrale was so easy, especially getting in late that last night. And the staff are absolutely SUPERB. Narwen (not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) was outstanding at the front desk on the overnight shift. He was so helpful, professional, and kind, and he guided me on how to order late late-night dinner on my Uber app and have it delivered to the hotel.
