The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself ...

Comfort Inn The Pointe
Breakfast was not good...powdered eggs we're sitting in 3 inches of water...we went to breakfast at 0830...an hour and a half before breakfast ends and almost everything was empty...we waited about 30 minutes and all they refilled was the waffle batter...2 staff ladies just stood at the entrance ...
