"My family and I came to Cleveland to visit the Rock & Roll HOF, and stayed at the Drury for 2 nights. The building is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast and dinner were really good, but what stood out the most was the staff. Across the board, every staff member including the valet, the front-desk workers, the cleaners, the bartenders, and the manager were all amazing. We hung out at the hotel all night and watched the manager do everything from walk around...

"There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. "
