"Breakfast staff absolutely spot on service very courteous and efficient"

"Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."

"The property did a great job at providing necessary information for check in and pertinent information. The only thing is: as of this time the tram is not running to “Shore” station; you have to take a 25 bus to Duke Street and it’s about 10 minute walk from there. I found it a bit confusing to figure out where my room was as there’s no front desk. Yet, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s not many places around for breakfast or late dinner."

"It’s an older hotel, the other side of the bridge from Edinburgh so cheaper by miles. It’s decent with plenty of parking. Bar is open 24 hours in the foyer. Breakfast was decent hot and cold buffet style. Would stay again."

"The room was very spacious and attractive, and the air conditioning worked great! I really appreciated the kitchen area with everything from a coffee maker to a fridge to a dishwasher! The bed is a bit firm, but not to the point of negatively affecting one’s sleep. The staff are very kind and worked hard to support requests.
