"This place is incredible. We stayed in whalebone . It’s was a very large comfortable room . Lovely big towels . Well equipt with plates and cutlery Very luxurious. I certainly would stay here again and not bother with the over priced hotels in the centre of town . It’s very close to the tram stop and near the lovely port of leith and its cafes and pubs "

"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time and I would seriously consider renting the property again the next time I visit the UK. "

"Had 4 nights in this hotel. Room is a little outdated and showing significantly. Wednesday evening we ate in the restaurant which was ok. They do add 10% service charge onto the bill and tell you they can remove it if you wish!!!! Breakfast was lovely Thursday and friday mornings, however Saturday and Sunday was a little disappointing 😞. No housekeeping during stay they ask if you require anything at breakfast, which is something we have never experienced. No car park, train station which is a short walk away from the hotel. Would give this stay 7 out of 10"
