"The staff was very friendly ! The room is very big and space! Room was very cleaned ! We didn’t eat breakfast cuz we had to be in hospital by 545am as outpatient! Parking was nice and safe !"

"Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27."

"The hotel was clean and well stocked with towels, Kleenex and bath soap. The breakfast was amazing, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles…cereals, coffee, juice etc. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful."

"The room was okay with a comfortable bed. Had an elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor but it was hot. Everything was okay but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park a lil far from my room but I actually was able to park right by the elevator. I also liked that the property shared a parking lot with Denny's so dinner was very easy to get. Very easy check in and check out."

"We come to Shreveport/Bossier often to see family and this is by FAR our best stay yet. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They understood the importance of small details. The property is clean and quiet and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. We will definitely be considering this hotel again next time we come down!"
