"We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan.
Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. Luxurious but not over the top. The entire staff is friendly. Tea service was brought up when we came back from exploring.

"This was by far our favorite stay on our trip throughout Vietnam! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and even booked an amazing tour for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and had spectacular views!! The hotel's location was close enough for a quick grab into the city center, but off the beaten path enough that the location was serene. All of this and the excellent breakfast made our stay exceptional. We stayed two nights, but wished we could have extended our trip to stay even...

"An incredibly beautiful hotel overlooking the Sapa mountains but close to the town centre meaning dinner and bars are within walking distance - we got an incredible deal on an Executive Suite which meant we had a huge balcony and beautiful uninterrupted views. The hotel is clean with fantastic facilities, staff could not do more for us including booking an ethnic village tour and allowing us to use their spa facilities for no charge ahead of our sleeper bus upon our departure. Highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay at Sapa Clay House. The staff is very attentive and they put a lot of love and care into the property. They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapa. The meals served here were also incredible and healthy. You can tell they truly care about...

"Room was clean and the area clean. The area was nice place to rest after a busy schedule. Staff were great and made our stay extra special over the Tet holiday. Played a few games of pool which was a fun way to end the evening.
Its about 10 -15mins out of town so make sure u can rent a bike. Good place for families as the kids have space to run around

"Room was ok. Only 1 channel on the TV worked and froze half the time.
Breakfast buffetbwas great with lots of options!
We did a couples 90 min massage and 30 min Red Dao Herbal bath which was absolutely incredible. Both of us had probably the best massage we have ever had.
Our masseuses were Huong and Chuyen. If you can book either of these two amazing ladies do it!!!! Very good prices as well."
