"Let's start with the good stuff. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels and a great size too, not the usual handkerchief you often get! Massive bed, crisp clean bedding, great pillows. OK, so let's ignore the fact that the decor is in need of an update - it might be shabby, but the room was really clean throughout. Negatives? Central heating SO noisy, I had to wear earplugs to block out the background noise. And the shower, although really good and hot, is like being spiked by needles! Easily...

"Great location near Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 and very convenient on the bus route. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. The only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very effective and we needed an extra heater. Overall, a good stay."

"Very convenient for overnight stay if you have a flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. Pods are very convenient and fun but expensive. It is £8.25 for a 5 mins ride. The rooms are a bit outdated and noisy (i had a room next to reception)."

"We spent two nights at the hotel and were very pleased from the moment we arrived. The décor was lovely, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was big and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We used the spa facilities on the day of arrival, and it was wonderfully quiet — we were able to enjoy the sauna, steam room,pool and the gym without any waiting. "Room was very comfortable ,clean and quiet with all the amenities iron and board tea etc.The bathroom and shower worked very and was stocked with all you need for a good shower. "

"The hotel is nice, staff are very helpful - we had a problem with ac settings and the room manager arrived in 5 minutes to do a system fix. It is advertised as convenient for T2 and T3 - hence the price premium - certainly it’s more convenient for T2 as it’s a 1km trek back to T3 along various walkways. But probably better than being off just airport and an overpriced and slow bus transfer. "

I love the chilled & sparkling water tap! However, rooms are looking very tired, old and in need of a refurb.
