"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. "The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it."

"I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out."

"The room had mold and the 6 year old woke up unable to breathe, requiring a trip to urgent care and a dose of steroids. It cost $60 and the manager refused to give a discount or reimburse for the urgent care visit."
