"I had a great stay the staff were amazing!! The breakfast could have been better and the cleaning in the rooms as well. My family of four and our dog stayed for 1 night since we had a car accident in the middle of our road trip and needed to end our night. Booked at 9 arrived at 10.... im grateful."

"Room smelt like cigarettes and sex. The common areas reeked vomit and sweat. There was also what seemed to be remnants of bed bugs on one of the mattress. We also heard another customer complain of bed bugs. Elevator made us gag upon entrance. I am not exaggerating."

"The room was dirty and smelled like weed. Staff has no good customer service skills and also smelled like weed. The property is very poor conditions. Never again!!"

"The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

"AC was out for 24 hours and we weren’t notified until we arrived at 8PM after driving 6.5 hrs. No other availability so had to sleep in 84’ room for more than $250. No apologies, no rebates, no offers. Unacceptable. "

"The room was clean but there was no desk or chest for storing clothes. There was no place to hang any clothes. A grab bar in the shower blocked the full operation of the water control - something an idiot would do."

"The breakfast was good. I booked a suite room and got a double bed room. Didn't get wanted I wanted and wasn't told the room I booked was over booked till I said something. Now I have to talk to a manager during the week."
