" Very Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly We stayed here for 5 days and had a terrible experience. The room was never cleaned, and only the towels were changed. The staff were rude and didn’t seem to care about guests. The food was the biggest problem. There was nothing suitable for children – no chicken nuggets, no chicken, no pizza, no plain pasta – nothing kids could eat. All the kids in the hotel were hungry every day. When we complained, they said it would be better tomorrow, but...
