"I liked the staff. the desk could get a taxi in no time and exchange sandy beach towels for fresh. I like the location. Felt safe walking around there’s a beach club close by. A nice place to have breakfast is left out of the driveway. The pool was clean and cool. The unfortunate part is - there is no beach down the hotel’s path. There’s a nice swing over the rocky shoreline. Bring water shoes for that area. The island has more than enough beaches to make up for it."

"I was looking for peaceful place to stay and explore the island. The room was perfect and spacious. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Bathroom supplied toliries. Staff was gracious and always available. Light fare breakfast of fruit and fresh pastries was great way to start the day. 2 higher end restaurant next door and many with in walking. "Hotel staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views. The balcony was spacious and comfortable and the rooftop pool area was perfect for relaxation. Plenty of wonderful food options from Italian to traditional Mexican and American with fresh fruit and vegetables and omelets made to order everyday. "The room was great! Miguel and Natasha were wonderful!! The only thing we didn't like was we wish there were more signs for people not to invade your space. We rented a cabana at the main pool and people kept coming in our area."

"the butlers Fernanda and Armando are really kind and responded my request quick. however the person who clean the room did not refill the amenities, like show cap, vanity kit etc. and I have to ask. The room is in good layout, i like the closet that can be opened from two sides and there are dual sinks in bath room. The food is OK, most of the restaurant staff are very welcoming. there is show every night and many activities during the day. "
