"Communication from IIlaria was great, room was perfect for what we wanted- there was no mini fridge or fridge in common area, which would have been nice to have for drinks &snacks. The location was great, water taxis few minutes walk, even walking to tourist attractions was 10-20mins max…we got off the water taxi and had 5 minute walk.. "Mixed feelings. Host Marco is great, friendly and helpful. I'd give him 5 stars if there weren't issue with the property. Room information on Expedia said room has TV but didn't. It also says it has air-conditioning but was told no no during October so not happy about having to open windows for air as the noise affected the quality of sleep."
