"Friendly helpful staff. In a good, quiet handy position close to ferry and cruise terminal. Nice breakfast. Decent basic room. Very happy with our stay. "

"It’s a bit of a walk from the station on uneven pavement. Once there I was met at the door and there’s a lift to the room. My room was lovely, cool making it easy to sleep. The bathroom is private but across from the room so if you need to get up on the night it might not be so good. There are shops nearby and there is a kettle and microwave if you want to save money on food. You’re really close to all the tourist sights. I would stay again if visiting Verona "

"Very comfortable and quiet hotel on the outskirts of the tourist area. Easy to walk to restaurants and tourist attractions without all the noise and crowds. The staff did not speak much English and we managed to communicate with hand gestures and the tiny bit of Italian that we practiced for our trip. I would definitely stay there again. One of the more comfortable rooms and beds we had while traveling in Italy. Also close to the train station and a short cab ride to the airport."

"Very nice staff, enjoyed the breakfast. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived the next morning and our room was still ready and they were understanding. Neighborhood was charming."

"Loved the look of the room with exposed beams and roof tiles and the air conditioning!! The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Both the bathroom and bedroom were roomy and there was a view of the canal. Luggage storage was great. It’s true the steps up with heavy luggage were inconvenient but all part of the experience! "
