"The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. Lots of good food options and snack options, even a beach grill during the day. We will be back "

"We had an issue with our A/C in our room the first night and our floor got flooded. That were unable to fix it and we were told we were getting upgraded to a different area ... Other side of the resort, away from our family. No upgrade at all!! Bed was horrible. Run was much more dated and we were away from everything. Went to desk twice to speak with manager and both times . ."they're in a meeting". Besides this ... The staff were very friendly, the beach was fabulous and the drinks were cold!!...

"The property is very nice indeed! The set-up is easily walkable and the scenery is very serene and good for photos or just enjoying as you walk around. On occasion, staff seemed bothered or irritable if you asked questions or asked for help - this was especially true in the restaurants. Wait staff didn't want to be bothered. And, the food overall was not very good. It was mostly BLAND, meats were undercooked (even when asked for medium well), fruit was not ripe - the food was very...
