"This is more a review of the host as the Binks apartment location had some issue according to the host and so I stayed at an alternate location provided by the host. Upon arrival to Roseau and having access to Wifi I was made aware of alternate arrangements. The host picked me up and took me to the other location in Warner which was quite far from the main areas. However it was a large house with a garden and beautiful view so was an upgrade. I decided to explore around there for a day and then...

"This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"Patrick and Natoya are true Gems ! The place was so gorgeous making the second half in a hotel feel like a nightmare . The Villa was stunning , clean and felt so safe ! not to mention the views ! They set us up unforgettable excursions and continued to remind me to take my time . its Island time and relax . loved getting to know them and so grateful to have found them"

"This place is absolutely beautiful, literally a dream and a little piece of paradise! the views, the ambience and the property itself are stunning. We loved every minute of our stay. You're in the middle of a rainforest, surrounded by trees & wildlife & at night you can hear peaceful sounds of nature. I was amaze how many fruit trees they have. The only downside are that you have to drive 20 minutes to get food. Since uber eats don't deliver there. Also the workers cut off our water at 9:20am so...

"The communication with staff was amazing and made me very happy. The accommodations were nice however could’ve used a little better cleaning. Some minor things such as items under the beds that did not belong to us and a few leaks occurred during some rain but overall the property location was perfect and the customer service responded quickly addressing any concerns I had. Overall, we recommend the space and we will look forward to returning. Norma and Will H."
