"We were not told our room was on the fourth floor, there is no elevator in the building. 45 very steep steps anytime we left or returned to our room. When we arrived bottle water was in our room but when we asked for another bottle the next morning we were told that was our responsibility. Maid service in our unit was fine but stairwells were dirty with washtubs with water set out for rinsing off your feet."

"The pictures of the apartment and apartment complex were accurate. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The apartment complex and pools were also very well maintained. Excellent location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Check-in was difficult. We had to search for the lobby attendant and had to get residents and security involved. Other than that, our stay was excellent and would highly recommend this apartment."

"The place was nice and clean. The roosters wake you up bright early in the morning. A lot of loose dogs around the building."

"The pictures make you think the beaches are very close together. That is not the case if you are not driving. You will need a ride everywhere if you are disabled or don't have the energy or strength to walk distances. I was disappointed with the view. And the WiFi consistently gives connection issues. I thought the dining option onsite would be better, but their menu was very limited, the food was undercooked, and no seasoning was available. They advertise delivery to your room, but that was...
