"This was an incredible vacation! The resort is brand new, the staff are kind and professional, and the food was great. We would definitely return. The entertainment team brings their all and there is always something going on. We travelled with our 5 and 8 year old kids and they were always entertained between the pool, the activities, and the splash pad. They were not quite ready for the water slides, but I saw a lot of 10 year olds and up going on them. The beach is not the best in the Caribbean, but it did what it needed to - super soft sand and lots of loungers available. We spent the majority of our time at the pools. The only thing lacking for amenities was there was no jacuzzi, I am sure they have one in the spa, but no jacuzzi in main pool area. Overall, it was an awesome trip and if you are considering going, book it!"

The infinity pool was freezing because the heater wasnt working but was never told that when booking 3 150.00 chairs. I was a struggle to get a refund. When checking in we paid 150.00 early check-in. It was only an hour before actual check-in that we were allowed to check-in. They would not give us a refund. "
