The waterpark is included for hotel guests and that makes it even better for the rainy days! "Pros: This resort was absolutely beautiful. The common areas were clean and well- maintained. The portions for food were good, the poolside bar was fun, and the pool itself was amazing. Much of the staff was friendly. Cons: During our 9- day stay, or room was only cleaned three times, and we had to ask them to clean it. Our sheets weren't changed once. There was a 16% service fee for everything at the resort, which didn't include tips. A large amount of the staff were polite but not at all...

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the Nice staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, we had a great experience! Nick the bartender and Winston (Pop smoke) were great!!! The only thing I didn’t like was there is no ATM in or around the facility. You need cash for transportation! Everything else was a plus! Will be back. "

"Didn’t have a room for us when we arrived at 430pm. The rooms need maintenance, toilet ran constantly, bad caulking around sink, nightstand slanted. The property is great and the other hotels are much nicer than the Coral. Water park was fun. Eating is very expensive!"

"The hotel was well maintained, with friendly and exceptionally professional staff. The guest room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location of the hotel was convenient to both Old San Juan and the Condado, while also offering excellent shopping and dining expreiences on the grounds of the resort. Keep in mind that in most of San Juan, and Puerto Rico in general, it is generally easier to get around if you can rent a car, or at least use Uber. However, the exception to this rule is...
