Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed.

Generally WiFi is free with stay but at this hotel there would be a fee for using it. I did not use WiFi after knowing there would be a charge but was charged on my bill. Also the front desk person did not inform me when I checked in.

Great stay. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, pool heated and hot tub great. Parking lot needs to be lined.

Check in very easy as well as check out. Shout out to Mike, who was very helpful and sweet even gave us options on what to do in San Diego. Absolutely love the breakfast good quality and complimentary. I am deducting points because you charge for parking and secondly, you’re adding tax to parking. ...
