Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. "Thank you for having us. Lovely hotel. Clean. Housekeeping lady with blue hair from Ukraine was lovely and sweet. Yuri at Bar was delightful too! Thank you for all the aperols :) team at front desk was responsive. Appreciate them fixing issues. In general, would stay again. I hope they fix lobby soon and make it easy to navigate with luggage. Also, please have engineering on duty at night to reset breakers or teach your team to do it. "
