"My experience here was great and will definitely be visiting again. My only complaints would be that the bed was very squeaky and would make a lot of noise with any movement, and one of the pillow cases were dirty. The parking included is great just a very tight space to get in and out. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The bathroom was very spacious and great shower. "Unbelievable stay! Family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a grandma! We had 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath and a washing machine. Location was awesome! Walkable restaurants and grocery store! Rooftop pool was great at the end of the day! Breakfast outside in the morning included. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend this hotel enough! We will be back!!"

"It was my first time traveling to PR and my gf and I decided to stay at the Sheraton for its amenities and location proximity to the beach and Old San Juan. The rooms were great, staff was helpful at every step, and the amenities and access to what we wanted was exactly what we wanted. 10/10 stay there again! The shuttle ran frequently, lots of fun options, pool was great, and the other visitors were really nice and friendly too!!"

"Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Stayed 5 nights and wasn’t disappointed. Rooms were spacious and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Location was 1 block from the ocean so easy access and it had all the amenities around. Would highly recommend."

"The property was OK, the staff was great, it smelled great throughout the hotel, but the rooms were small, and the bathroom was tiny, and we did not have any hot water in the shower, shower was lukewarm at best! Also no elevators which we knew about, but we were on the top floor, so carrying all our heavy luggage up 4 flights of steps was tough! Also rooftop was not very well kept, had trash and old rusty chairs."

We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel"

"The property itself is fine, but I personally don’t feel it’s worth the nightly rate being charged. During my stay, the toilet flooded twice in my room. The shower had very low water pressure, and because it wasn’t sealed properly, water leaked onto both the bathroom and bedroom floors after every shower. The rooms were also much smaller than I expected. On the positive side, the outdoor tub was a nice feature, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job...
