"Managment of Royalton was great . very professional especially “ Gabriel “ and “Mervin “ they were always ready to provide world class customer service and going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taking care of . But unfortunately the front desk staff in Hideaway lobby wasn’t very helpful and available to address the issues. I called at 6:30 am to arrange for the bellboy to pick my my luggage at 7:00 am from my room for checking out and catching my shuttle to airport the front...

"It is an amazing place to go on your own there is lots to do if you want to be busy and active and or if you want to be on your own and just enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to meet new people there are many ways and option of Communal tables during breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall the place is beautiful and the programs are excellent. Highly recommend."

"We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...

The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused.
