"Vị trí tốt, phòng khách sạn thiết kế đẹp, có view tuyệt vời, nhân viên lễ tân chu đáo, nhiệt tình. Tuy nhiên, ăn sáng không tốt. Đồ ăn các ngày lặp lại giống hệt nhau (kể cả món nước), hàng ngày khách phải nhắc nhở thì nhân viên mới mang đồ ăn ra tiếp thêm khi đồ ăn/ uống đã hết khá lâu."
"Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. "Wow a huge hotel with a lot of rooms. The service was excellent. Great eating in options. This hotel is on an island so you need to plan your day to get back on boat etc that only run every 30 mins. Given the amount of people this hotel can have there was a lot of noise at night and early in the morning."
