"Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. We were in a private bungalow with balcony and a river view and it’s worth every penny!
Welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for you , great amenities, WiFi connection excellent.
Breakfast is served to your room to order - we had it in a balcony overlooking river - magical and relaxing experiences.
They have a shuttle bus to night market and back - very convenient.
Also they have dropped us back to the airport for no extra charge.

"It was good stay for me and my wife. Room and restroom were clean and bed was comfortable with clean covers. Sea view room has really nice view in the room and the terras and the hotel owner was so kind. He smiled everytime he saw us and tried to help us for everything we needed. He arranged 1 day tour and returning bus for us with cheap price, and the quality of those services were very good. "Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water.
The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful.
Shame about the monster resort getting built in front, looking at cranes and building work.

"Wow a huge hotel with a lot of rooms. The service was excellent. Great eating in options. This hotel is on an island so you need to plan your day to get back on boat etc that only run every 30 mins. Given the amount of people this hotel can have there was a lot of noise at night and early in the morning."
