"The woman at the front desk was distracted by her phone and delayed the check in process. We were sent to a room on the 3rd floor where there was an empty mount where the tv should be. We returned to the desk to ask for another and were given a room on the second floor. Upon turning on the AC, the room immediately smelled of urine.
