"Everything was perfect"

"Traveled with a group of 13. Adults and kids. This is probably my favorite resort I’ve ever stayed at. Beach was beautiful and there’s plenty of chairs. The hotel had a variety of options by the pools for a grab and go lunch. Chicken wings, hamburgers, etc. Restaurants are first come first serve, so no reservation hassle. Buffets were great. Hotel staff and waiters were super friendly and helpful. They were always smiling! Very clean resort. VERY hard working staff. Beds and linens were 10/10....

"The location is perfect. Staff is good. I think the place needs some renovation. I stayed for a week. The first 4 days, it was a terrible smell coming from under the bathroom sink. I was feeling it in my lungs. I almost wanted to stay in the compound all the time. I didn't tell them because I didn't people to say that black people complain too much. Thank God 2 days left the smell was gone. I believe someone did tell them"

"We enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the location was prime! I only removed a star due to the shower not being as clean as we would have liked, and the room not having a mini fridge for our drinks. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant!"

"Our stay at Emporio Hotel was wonderful. Although our first impression of the check-in area was not the best, everything changed once we started exploring the hotel and all the amenities it had to offer.
