"Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found."

"Aside from the parking, lockbox and figuring out how to get the keys - being the second time staying with Globalstay was easier to navigate - it’s an incredible place! Close to everything at Yonge & Eglinton which makes a night out and place to stay so great! Communication with their office was great and they were super helpful! Definitely a place we’ll be using again!"

"When my stay ended Globalstay asked me to review the condo I stayed in. I reported that the showerhead in the ensuite bathroom was defective and needed to be replaced. The company then charged me $100 to replace the showerhead saying that I had torn it apart. I did not damage this showerhead or any part of the condo and I believe, based on other reviews I have now looked at, that booking this unit was a mistake."
