It was a standard 3 star experience. Rooms were clean enough, breakfast was included which is nice. Staff could be a little more attentive.. we waited several minutes at the desk to check in at 3PM. $100 deposit seems a bit high compared to other, nicer hotels

Moxy Charlotte Downtown
Cool setup. Except for one rude staff member at breakfast all staff were exceptional. Makes you wonder how one rude one slipped in. Anyway, don’t let that keep you from going, she’ll probably get fired
