"Evening reception and full breakfast are nice amenities"

"Great stay! Highly recommend. We will always make it a point to stay here when we come to town."

"Everything was great"

"Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns."

"My sister and I go to this hotel every time we are in Charlotte. This time I don’t know if it was because it was Halloween weekend or what but our room was NOT cleaned properly. The floor was sticky, they had limited tissue in our room. I went to the restroom downstairs and 2 out of the 3 stalls did not have any tissue. Our room also did not have any paper towels. There was also a stain in the bed. I was very disappointed at our recent stay here. Especially because we really enjoyed this hotel...

"Friendly staff, clean room and convenient to restaurants and shopping."

"Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean"

"I was in town attending a NBA game it was a 1 min walk to the stadium, so great location the 5th floor bar/restaurant was good I wasn’t able to experience the rooftop bar/restaurant due to it being rented out for a private occasion. But my overall experience was amazing the staff great and very helpful"

"Clean room"

"Service impeccable"

"This was perfect stay for my convention. The convention center is just across the road and the nascar hall of fame. Whole Foods is next door also. With a microwave, a full size fridge, and an available cook top, you can stay a while."

"Front desk was very helpful in getting us into our room as soon as possible to dress for an afternoon wedding event."

"The hotel and our room was very clean."
