"Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. "

"Recently stayed at the hotel for the jazz festival and my 2 day stay was exceptional. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was perfect for me. The hotel provided shuttle back to the airport which was very convenient."

"When booking my room the option for breakfast was never offer, yet when we stepped foot near the dining area we were demanded to show our breakfast card, like I said we were unaware so it would be an additional $20 per guest to have breakfast daily! Only 2 towels left in room yet 4 guest, each day we had to ask for towel, and 2 times there were no towels, they gave my wife a stack of hand towels. Tv went out in room, maintenance came to look at it. 7 hours later still no tv when asked about...

"The hotel was very nice. It was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. There is an indoor pool which looked nice. The fitness center is a little small, but there is one available. The area is a good area. The parking lot is a little small for the night that they are booked, but all in all a great place. Would definitely stay there again! "

"This is not a doubletree quality hotel. Poor breakfast options, room is not clean. Overall low quality "

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

"This property needs to close and finish renovations before taking on bookings. - No bar or amenities: pool closed indefinitely. - Most AC units didn’t function correctly. - No telephones in rooms (stated they were upgrading…) - No shuttle service. - If you get there before 3PM: they charge an additional $55 to check in early. - Tubs are old and filthy. No safety handles."

"The only good thing I can say about this location at least is that they accept pets for free, but all red roof inn’s do. This was a travesty. The receptionist at the desk was drunk and he kept talking politics with us. There were people staying next door who had people going in and out of their room all night and screaming. Not to mention I woke up covered head to toe in bed bug bites. This place is wretched and if I get offered any type of a compensation it better be a full refund, I refuse to...

"Location was great, check in was easy. However, knowing the amount of people staying in the room, the amount of items needed were not properly stocked (towels, toilet paper, etc) "

"We were so impressed with this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was wonderful! The young man who drove the shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful. The property was well manicured. And, the coffee was some of the best I’ve ever had! Just overall a fantastic experience!!"

"Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done."
