"The unit was very dated with many items either simply not working or is a state of disrepair. Specifically, the A/C was not working upon arrival. Also, the toaster and coffee machine were not working and we did not receive a replacement until the day prior to checkout. The bathroom in the master room was also in poor shape and poorly laid out. The toilet seat was loose to the point of detaching from the toilet and the blow dryer only worked in one setting. The shower is less than 3 foot by...

"Nice area of the city. We walked to restaurants and to Trump/Kennedy Center. We were close to metro stop at this hotel. Hotel was very clean. The check-in process was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready yet. There was only one person working the front desk and she did the best she could but was overwhelmed with many guests showing up at the same time to check in. We waited just over an hour to get checked in. For our trouble she upgraded our room which was nice. "

"For us the property was perfect. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, electric water kettle, silverware, plates, cups, and glasses. We did use a glass casserole dish to bake some pastries for breakfast. I didn't see any cookie sheets or pans for stove top cooking but that was fine for us as we were there five days and didn't plan to do much cooking other than breakfast or heating up leftovers in the microwave.
