"The staff at the Clarion Hotel were helpful and friendly, doing their best within the limits of the hotel’s policies. Unfortunately, those policies were inconvenient—such as only one towel per guest and having to exchange dirty towels to get fresh ones. The room condition was poor—hair everywhere, broken items, stains, and dirty bathrooms. We only stayed due to necessity, and I would not return. The hotel needs a major overhaul. That said, the staff did accommodate us with a separate lounge area...

"When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price."

"The check in lane was hrs wait'the place was old,smelly,and dirty.Pictures don't match the reality. Pretty bad area.How come you guys don't plan for the biggest event in the World. The world cup is no joke. There was a couple who made reservations in Dec last year and because they didn't check in time , they gave there room to other people in the middle of the night with no more options.Horrible!!!!!"

"From the moment of check in the owner was rude and disrespectful the lights were blown in the bathroom the property is poorly managed there was no breakfast no coffee machine in the room the microwave was dirty and didn’t work the towels were disgusting luckily we had our own the ad for that location is very misleading I couldn’t wait to check out we left hours before check out"
