There's NO PARKING! Parking lot next door charges $62 with no in/out privileges. We had to park 5 blocks away and it cost $30/24 hours. They say the have air conditioning in every room. It's "central" air conditioning and they control the temperature. Our room was uncomfortably warm.

The fridge didn’t work and I was placed near the elevator so could not sleep all night, either night. Brought it to the staff’s attention and was told “sorry we are almost sold out” I’m paying just as much as the next guest, to be hit with such a stupid response. Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago
I was only in town for one day. But it was an easy seamless check-in. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. Everything in the room work and I had no need to call or any assistance. The checkout was very simple was done on my phone as I walk down the hallway before leaving.
