"Excellent location for Stansted airport. You pay a premium price for the room because it’s walkable to airport. Food is expensive but it’s only place to eat. Staff are disinterested. Checkin couldn’t be bothered. Bar staff ignore me as only female at bar and served all the men. Had to shout to be served. No water in room which for this star rating and price is terrible. When I commented at reception they gave me a bottle. Why not have them in room if offer at checkin or have a sign saying water available at reception? A cheapskate way to save money! I will stay again because of convenience of location and not because of customer service (there is none)."
