"This was rated as a 4 star hotel... should be a 2 star. Elevators were dirty, furniture in lobby is old and worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast area was very stark and overcrowded, hot items on the included breakfast buffet, (i.e. eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.) were ice cold. Cappucino was luke warm. This was the conditon for eacjh of the 3 mornings we attempted to eat at the hotel. We ended up just skipping breakfast. In the rooms there were no drinking classes (paper cups only) and no ice buckets provided. Our travelling companions room had issues throughout their stay with air-conditioner not working. And finally upon arrival we were told that the following day water throughout the entire hotel would be turned off between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We were able to work arround this incovenience, but for the large group of tourists that arrived the following day, it was a shock. For what we paid and what we received this was a really bad exprience."

"Naples nice hotel. Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable and clean. The bed was just soft enough for me. It was really close to the train station which was a plus. The area wasn’t great but I would book it again. I didn’t get breakfast there so couldn’t say anything about that."

"Good location. A boutique hotel with only a few rooms. Amenities limited. No Kleenex, limited towels, breakfast was very limited and cooked on a hot plate. Not very sanitary. No gloves used in preparation. Very limited front desk staff. Lots of steps. Missed a room cleaning."

"The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. Right in the middle of everything. next to the train station and walking distance to the Centro historical of Napoli. Very pleased! Will be back hopefully very soon!"

"Breakfast was amazing. The only complaint was that the garbage pickup was very early morning and the room is not soundproof so we were woken up by the street noise before 5 am both mornings "

"The staff are helpful and the room is clean and comfortable, Aircondironing is very efficient, we visited late April and the weather starts to warm , the air conditioning is working perfectly ."
