"This hotel is amazing! From the beautiful reception area, fabulous staff, to the lovely bar and our unexpected room. We were graciously upgraded to the penthouse and it did not disappoint. Huge room layout, lots of amenities, and to top it all off, an incredible outdoor patio. The hotel is also located in a lively and central area. We could not have been happier with our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and plan to visit again soon. "

"Probably the worst bed I have ever slept in — it was actually more comfortable to sleep on the floor. My whole family was surprised at how hard the beds were. Unfortunately, we also all suffered from food poisoning on the first day after eating at the restaurant and were very sick by the time we returned home. "My issue was that it was mid 80’s and when I asked why the AC didn’t work they claim that they can’t control it and it was set for heat only.that they change it to AC around the end of May or June. They told me to open the doors. I paid extra for a balcony room. The big issue is that you’re on a street that is super busy all night long. "Parece que hay una diferencia de información sobre que tienen incluido un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto incluido para los huéspedes y del personal del hotel nos dijeron que nos lo podían conseguir pero a pagar por nuestra cuenta y el precio que nos dieron era el Doble de lo que cualquier taxi cobra ( ya que existe actualmente tarifa fija del centro de Madrid al aeropuerto)"

"Hemos podido disfrutar de una estancia de dos días en un ambiente limpio. Como hay dos baños, no fue necesario esperar a otros huéspedes, lo cual resultó muy cómodo. Además, aunque no estoy muy familiarizado ni con el español ni con el inglés, el personal me explicó todo con mucha amabilidad y fue de gran ayuda para mí. ¡Muchas gracias!
