"A few notes for improvement: restaurant recommendations from the host would have been helpful. The place needed a larger (or second) trash bin. The backyard garden felt neglected and lacked any seating, so we couldn’t use the space comfortably. The building exterior is quite old and in need of an update to say it nicely. We also weren’t expecting the roosters—they started crowing around 3 AM and didn’t stop. Earplugs are a must for light sleepers! Overall, we loved Sorrento and would still...

"We are a family of four from Canada and we highly recommend this place! The staff are so friendly, helpful and flexible. Jennipher made our visit to Sorrento especially magical. She helped us with anything we needed, assisted in making reservations with Italian speaking restaurant and even allowed us to access the breakfast room early so we could get out early enough to catch the bus to The Path of the Gods. Can’t say enough about her exceptional service! The room was clean and so comfortable....
