"To start off the door to our room was broken on hallway side upper left corner letting light in all night. The door to room 220 was left fully open for at least 2 days. Does management walk the property? Upon arrival i find the room cost less than what i paid with expedia. Disheartening. The floor drain for the ice machine had enough bacteria in it to make all sick. In addition the change filter light was on all week on the water “faucet”."

"The Hotel was clean and nice. The day staff especially Kayla was very good, nice and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the first room she put me in and quickly changed me to another. When checking out, the night manager seemed a little too busy when I went to check out. Overall, it was a nice place and the breakfast was very good."

"I booked the room late Saturday night and traveled to the hotel. Once I arrived the staff informed me that the hotel was being renovated and that we couldn’t use any of the facility. Also we had to walk around the building to get to our room because the hallways were blocked off. Breakfast was terrible and extremely limited. "I booked a specific room and arrived to find it unavailable. The staff offered a "suite" they claimed could accommodate 5 adults — it had one king bed and two chairs that pulled out into a single child-sized bed. That is not a suite for 5 adults. They then offered a standard king room, and the problems only got worse from there. On the walk to the room, the hallway smelled strongly of cat urine. The room itself was clearly unfinished — no artwork on the walls, minimal lighting, and stained...

"This property is in really poor condition. The elevator smells like hydraulic fluid, is filthy, and seems to have mechanical problems (rough and the door is not smooth). The hallways smelled terrible and maintenance was routinely only halfway completed. Multiple outlets either did not work or were missing outlet covers. The room had the expected furniture, but needed care with paint and possible water damage around the ceiling/wall joint."

"The hotel has a very horrible smell well at least the 3 rooms on the first floor that I booked did and not to mention No hot water very disappointing the hot water in one of my rooms would only stay hot for 3 minutes the other two rooms had No hot water"

"It has a fullsize frig. You can open the windows a crack for ventalation.secrity is good. Handycap parking is pleniful and by the doors.they have pots and pans to rent for 40$ then silver ware and cups are another 40$ they are pet friendly having alot of renters with pets"
