"BEWARE I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel and feel compelled to warn future guests. During our stay, money went missing from the safe in my room, as well as from the safe in my friend’s room. At first, I honestly found it hard to believe — after all, how can money go missing from a locked safe? I assumed there must be some mistake. However, after becoming suspicious, I deliberately arranged the notes in a specific position before leaving the room. When I returned, some of the money was gone and the remaining notes had clearly been moved. At that point, it was undeniable that something was wrong. We immediately raised this with hotel staff, expecting it to be taken seriously. Instead, our concerns were brushed off with no proper investigation, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve the situation. The lack of concern and professionalism was just as troubling as the missing money itself. A hotel safe is supposed to provide peace of mind. Sadly, that was not our experience. I would strongly advise other guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables if choosing to stay here. Very disappointing experience."

"There must be a GYM"

"Great customer service. The room was clean and all pictures are pretty much the same. The breakfast was amazing. The food at the lounge was good especially their signature burger and fairly priced. Location is great close to airport and a city star mall which was handy for the last day as Cairo can have very bad traffic. Overall really enjoyed my stay "

"Great staff clean rooms"

"Dirty room as soon as i arrived. The shower floods and you're stood in the dirty water. Room is noisy lack of sleep due to this. Luckily no bugs etc Food is okay, not alot usual eggs and cheese, staff keep asking for a room number whilst you're trying to get breakfast. Best thing was no one came to scam you for tours etc good location to get ubers and near airport. "
