"Worst place ever, from the dated facility, rooms and every corner to the inconvenience of unable to get in the room every day without getting access from the front desk to the bad sewage smell in the bathroom. Stay away from this place."

"Beautiful place to stay. The gardens are outstanding but the hotel isn’t well maintained for a 5* place. I didn’t like when the rooms aren’t cleaned promptly and earlier. Sometimes our room was cleaned at 4pm. You come from a tour and visits in town and your room isn’t ready. Unacceptable."

There reception was very hard to locate and the female check in staff only was able to look at and speak to my male partner who didnt even book the reservation.
